If you are ordering for the first time, ignore the “Login” section.
Below that, you have the choice of treatment, date and payment.
After you pay the advance payment for the selected treatment, the system sends a link to your email to set the password. After choosing a password, you are automatically registered in the system and have your own profile where you can change the date of the appointment, cancel the appointment or receive a confirmation for the advance payment.
ADVANCE PAYMENT
Advance payment is 30% of the amount of the selected treatment, which is not returned if the treatment is not canceled or transferred two days before the appointment.
If for any reason you cannot come to the appointment and you want to cancel the appointment within the stipulated time, cancel the appointment in your profile and send us an email with your IBAN account. The advance payment is returned within two working days.
CHOOSE MULTIPLE TREATMENTS AT THE SAME TIME
If you want to book several treatments at the same time, you have the “Add Services” section in the shopping cart and add treatments and time (eg if you want to do eyelashes and facial in one visit) or you want to book a couple of treatments in advance.
CHOOSING AN ADDITIONAL “EXTRA” TREATMENT
Under certain services, you have the option of an additional short treatment such as nano infusion of the lips and around the eyes. These treatments are short and you can choose them as an additional service to the main treatment.
